1. General Information

This Shipping, Delivery, and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing and receiving products from Health Korea / H Solution. By placing an order, you ("Customer" or "YOU") agree to the terms and conditions detailed below.

 

2. Customer Support

    Store Hour may be different depending the locations.

Please retain all original packaging in the event of a return or service claim.

 

3. Shipping Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Payment of all product costs, applicable taxes, insurance, and shipping or freight fees.
  • Verifying the shipment contents upon delivery.
  • Signing to confirm receipt.

Health Korea / H Solution is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur after or upon the delivery and setup process has been completed.

 

4. Shipping Within the Continental United States

Shipments are handled by trusted third-party logistics providers. In addition to standard shipping rates, you are responsible for:

  • Applicable taxes or fees.
  • Delivery surcharges for remote areas, if applicable.
  • Curbside Delivery Only – not Door to Door.
  • Health Korea offers free local home delivery within 50 miles of our locations, including the Health Korea Hawaii Store.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on location and carrier scheduling.

 

5. Shipping Outside the Continental United States

Please note the following for international shipments:

  • All manufacturer warranties are voided when the product is used or shipped outside the continental U.S.
  • Products shipped internationally are final sale and are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  • All duties, import taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility and must be paid before the product is released by customs.

 

6. White Glove Delivery Service

White Glove Service is required for massage chairs and available for select larger products. This premium service includes:

  • Delivery to a designated place (limited to the first floor only if second floor extra charge).
  • Product assembly and basic setup.
  • Packaging removal (upon request).

Terms:

  • Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST.
  • Weekend and after-hours delivery may be available for an additional charge.
  • Delivery will not be completed unless an adult (18 years or older) is present.
  • A 48-hour notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellations. Fees may apply if notice is not provided or no one is available at the time of delivery.
  • The delivery team does not provide product demonstrations.
  • If you believe a return may be necessary, please request the packaging be left behind.

Due to regional limitations, White Glove Service may not be available in all locations. Please contact info@healthkoreashop.com or call 323-965-1005 to confirm availability.

White Glove Service Fee: $300.00 per chair or other appliance.
Diva Or Brio Chair $500.00

 

7. Curbside Delivery

Curbside delivery includes transport of your order just beyond the main entry of your home or business.(Front of Your Home Street Curbside) This service:

  • Does not include room placement, assembly, or packaging removal.
  • Is a more economical option for customers who do not require setup services.

 

8. Massage Chair and Appliance Return Policy

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Ensure the product is unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging materials.
  3. Await return authorization before sending the item back.
  4. Customer must pay for Return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products delivered internationally.
  • Used or damaged items or Clearance Sale items.
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
