If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order which is in original condition. You can return by requesting a return request and for exchange you can request from us directly by message.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

If the unit is defective please let us know so that we can better assist your order. If the items are not defective there will be a restocking fee of 20% + Return/Shipping label charge.
Discounted or Exchanged items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging and original condition.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- ALL OPENED FOOD PRODUCTS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE RETURN.
- UNOPENED PRODUCTS ARE RETURNABLE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE WITH RECEIPT/PACKING LIST. IF IT PASS 30 DAYS IT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
- NO LONGER NEED OR CHANGE MIND WILL BE CHARGED 20% RESTOCKING FEE + SHIPPING CHARGE
- OPENED PRODUCTS OR MISSING ITEM WILL BE CHARGED 20% RESTOCKING FEE + SHIPPING CHARGE.
- ALL FRY PAN/POT OR GRILL THAT IS DEFECTIVE CAN BE EXCHANGED BUT CANNOT BE RETURNED.
- NO ITEM RECEIVED WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN AND WILL CHARGE BE AT FULL PRICE OF ITEM.
- Large Freight MASSAGE CHAIR(s) and Other Appliance(s) such as Sauna and refrigerator, CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS BUT WILL BE CHARGED 30% RESTOCKING FEE INCLUDING DELIVERY AND SHIPPED ON CUSTOMER EXPENSE.
- All products shipped via Freight Trucking will be charged 30% Restocking Fee + Trucking Fee if the customer changes their mind or refuses delivery or other reasons.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Your steps should be laid out clearly, linking to relevant pages, such as your online portal.
- Must provide a receipt/packing list including a return tracking number for ALL returns and exchanges
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
