Shipping, Delivery, and Return Policy

Disclaimer: This policy applies only to orders placed through www.healthkoreashop.com. For purchases made at individual stores, please contact those stores directly.
By purchasing Health Korea products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you wish to return or exchange your order, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are:
*In original condition
*In original packaging with tags attached
*Accompanied by a valid receipt or packing list
*All the material that came with the product to avoid an additional charge)
To initiate a return or exchange:
Submit a return request through our support team via email or phone.
For exchanges, please contact us directly via email or phone.
Print the prepaid shipping label (sent to your email) and return the item using the provided label.
Include your return tracking number with all returns and exchanges.

2. Exceptions & Important Conditions
Non-Returnable Items
* Opened and unopened Health Food or Medicine products (strictly non-refundable)
* Discounted, clearance, or exchanged items (final sale)
* Used or visibly worn items
* Customized or made-to-order items
* Products shipped outside the continental U.S. (final sale)
Restocking Fees & Charges
Change of mind / no longer needed: 15% restocking fee + shipping charges
Opened products or missing items: 15% restocking fee + shipping charges
Freight items (massage chairs, saunas, appliances, etc.): 30% restocking fee + trucking/delivery fees
Refused deliveries or canceled shipments after dispatch: 30% restocking fee + shipping/trucking charges
White Glove Service is already performed non-refundable.
Express Shipping/Expedited/ Special shipping is non-refundable.
Defective Products
Defective items may be exchanged; however, most items cannot be refunded.
Fry pans, pots, or grills: Eligible for exchange only (no refunds).
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
If you wish to cancel after shipment, return shipping fees and applicable restocking fees will apply.
Order you wish to cancel by mistake, please let us know before shipping.
4. Shipping & Delivery Information
Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
All product costs, taxes, insurance, and shipping fees.
Inspecting shipments immediately upon delivery and signing for receipt.
Retaining all original packaging for potential returns or service claims.
For Shipments Over 50 lbs
Items weighing over 50 lbs, such as massage chairs and other large appliances, will be shipped via trucking or freight services.
Curbside Delivery Only – Free shipping is included for curbside delivery.
Inside Delivery – Additional charges apply. Please contact the store for details.
Additional Accessories – Extra charges may apply for accessories or special handling.
Health Korea / H Solution is not liable for delays, damages, or losses after delivery completion or during delivery or after white glove services are performed.
Within the Continental United States
Standard curbside delivery (not door-to-door).
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on location and carrier.
Free local home delivery is available within 50 miles of our locations, including the Health Korea Hawaii Store.
Outside the Continental United States
All international shipments are final sale (non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable).
All import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.
5. White Glove Delivery Service
Required for massage chairs and select large appliances:
Delivery to a designated room (first floor; second floor extra charge)
Basic assembly and packaging removal (on request)
Fee: $500 per chair or appliance (white glove are made Non-refundable)
Terms:
Deliveries: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST
48-hour notice required for rescheduling/cancellation; fees apply otherwise
An adult (18+) must be present to receive delivery
Packaging should be retained if a return may be necessary
6. Massage Chair & Appliance Returns
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and approved by Customer Service before return.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-compliance or returns outside the approval window may be declined or incur additional fees.
