Unopened products are returnable or exchanged within 7 days from the purchase date with RECEIPTS (exclude Chunho N Care food products).

상품 구입 후 포장이 개봉되지 않아 사용하지 않은 경우, 구입한 날로부터 7일이내 환불이 가능하며 영수증이 함께 지참 하셔야 합니다. 7일 경과 후 30일 안에는 매장 크레딧으로 드립니다. (천호엔케어 식품 제품은 제외됩니다.)

Opened products will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Within the warranty period, we will repair free of charge.
제품 박스가 개봉 된 경우 구입 금액의 15%의 재입고 수수료를 제외하고 환불해 드립니다. 영수증을 반드시 지참하셨을 경우에만 제품보증 기간 내에 무상으로 수리해 드립니다.

Discounted/Clearance products cannot be returned.

Massage Chair and Sauna can be returned within 7 days but will be charged a 30% restocking fee + sending shipped fee +  return shipping by your expense at the customer's expense when opened or unopened.
마사지 체어 제품과 원적외선 반신욕기 제품은 7일 이내 제품을 개봉하지 않은 경우 환불이 가능하며 구입 금액의 30% 재입고 수수료+ 발송 배송비+ 반품 배송비는 고객부담 비용으로 제외하고 환불 해드립니다.

When you refund the product, the shipping fee is self-deposit.

When your product is shipped out and you or someone change-mind and wants to cancel their order will be charged a 15% restocking fee + Shipping cost. Also, you have to return product to by your expense.
